Child Safety Standards
Munch is an adults-only service. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use any part of Munch. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Our standards
- Munch is restricted to adults 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualization of minors are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
- We act on reports and take down offending content and accounts.
- We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, report it immediately:
- Use the in-app Report option on any profile or message.
- Email our child-safety contact at safety@munchkink.app.
We review child-safety reports as a priority.
Standards against CSAE
Munch prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form. This standard applies to all users and all content on the service, and is enforced through age restriction, moderation, in-app reporting, account removal, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
