Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Munch. By creating an account or using Munch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Munch.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Munch. By using Munch you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account or impersonate anyone. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit media.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
• Solicit or offer commercial sexual services, or use Munch for "sugar" or compensated arrangements.
• Post content that sexualizes or endangers minors (see our Child Safety Standards).
• Spam, scam, or misrepresent who you are.
• Break any applicable law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Munch a limited license to host and display it so the service can operate. You are responsible for what you post.

5. Safety

Munch is a place to meet people. Use good judgment. Meet in public for first in-person meetings, tell someone you trust, and report anyone who breaks the rules using the in-app report tools.

6. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the app store you downloaded Munch from. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Your Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

8. Disclaimers

Munch is provided "as is." We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are responsible for your own interactions and safety.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
